Health Fund Rebates

Our registered remedial massage therapists offer on-the-spot health fund rebates via our HICAPS terminal. Simply bring your physical health fund card or a digital version on your phone.

Please note: Medibank rebates are currently not available. We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

 This is a great question to ask your health fund. Depending on which company you have gone with; how much you have left on your account; and what type of account you have; will impact your rebate. We have found that you can claim back roughly between 17-95%.  

 If you have forgotten your card, we can provide you with electronic receipts with our registered providers details, and the details of the therapy, for you to claim online directly with your fund. 

The information below allows are Therapists to understand your requirements prior to the appointment. If we have any items we need to discuss prior to your appointment then can contact you.  The completed form will give us your contact details additionally to your booking.

By also completing and submitting this form, we have the understanding that you have read our terms and conditions and are happy to proceed. We also require this information for our Public Liability Insurance policy which protects all parties.
